While in Germany, we had a lot of official IYPT-related stuff to participate. All the course of the tournament is quite fun because of its configuration, but we indeed had some free time, which was also really enjoyable. In most of this time, we were in the dorms, where we could rest, study or get together with other teams, but that’s a subject I want to talk about later, while writing about the Japanese school campus (yeah, seems like we’ll have a bunch of topics for future posts). The rest of this free time was spent discovering Bad Saulgau.
We walked randomly through the city (and some pictures of these walks were posted in another published text about Bad Saulgau) and visited the thermal waters for which the city is known. It’s possible cross the city in a heartbeat, but we could rest for some time, eat in different restaurants, take some ice cream, swim, go to the supermarket (ok, this last was totally random…) etc.
Below, you can see some more photos and also a video with whith some short recordings of these random walks.
